Survivor Services Assistance

We firmly believe that every survivor of crime has the right to justice, dignity, and restoration. Our mission is to offer comprehensive immigration legal services, social support, and to empower survivors with access to the legal system.

Eligibility

To qualify for legal representation under the program, the applicant must:

  • Be a survivor of crime

  • Be a resident of Harris County, Texas (lived in Harris County at least 30 days prior to detention)

  • Earn less than 80% of the median family income for the Greater Houston Area
